Elite Sound & Light was established by Elliott Hope and Simone Worsley, when Elliott's passion for music started him on his journey into drumming. This then grew and became a passion into all music and supporting artist's. 

​

Starting off at a young age with a small disco set up, Elliott went out and did many disco's. A couple of years later, Elliott then picked up a pair of drum sticks and started drumming, Elliott's love for music vastly grew. Playing with many local bands over the years,

he realised that the quality of sound is paramount to a successful performance, while playing with local bands he also started sound engineering for a blues band, after several successful gigs he recognised he had a good ear for sound engineering and started building up his own PA system and working knowledge in the industry.

From the success of previous gigs/events, Elliott's name was quick to get around to other bands and event organiser's for being reliable and passionate at what he does best.

In May of 2023, Ben and Kaylum became a part of the ESL team. 

​

They started working in the event scene together in 2016. Beginning with small discos and birthday party's. Moving onto suppling lighting for bands and festivals, they both found a love for the atmosphere lighting can create. From there B&K Lighting was founded. After hiring some extra lights from ESL, a close partnership grew between the two company's. Doing many events together and becoming such a tight unit we decided to become one.
